Old Meeting:

No one voted for the office 365 for $7.00 a month so Barbara Mashburn ordered it and will pay for it.

 

We are steady taking in Donations at our building at 104 S. 1St. street, only with an appointment.

 

Still taking new members if you know of anyone who would like to help out or interested in protecting our towns history.

Old Buisness: Treasurer�??s report: Balance $ 17,691.48 

 Posting our Christmas cards on the internet for sale, these will be $10 each as well as our Historical books that will be $20 each.

Barbara and Ollie Mashburn are still at the center on Wed- Fri from 9 am til 2 pm for item donations and to set up displays.Volunteers are needed

November 2020 Online Meeting Old Buisness: Collection of History items by Tim and Sean Ducheseau, members votes to pay him milage for his time and trouble. Members voted yes to purchase counter top and base for the stainless steel sink that ewas donated to our center. This was purchased on Nov. 5, 2020 and installed. Jacksonville Historical Meeting September 7,2020

E-mail Meeting

 

The treasury is : $17,976.80 of which we had a $ 500.00 donation, thanks to Lida Fellers great work of promoting our Historical Center.

 

We still need volunteers at the center at 104 S. First St. Jacksonville, we are working on setting up the displays so when we open, we will be ready to amaze everyone. Please call Barbara at 501-765-0767 if you can volunteer.
